Loyola anticipates the cost of the symposium to be in the $75,000-$100,000 range, and is committed to making a substantial monetary contribution of its own, as well as providing the necessary institutional and faculty resources. Loyola is asking co-sponsoring funding organizations to contribute. Sponsors will receive promotional mention on signage and in all program materials, both in print and online.

MEDIA CO-SPONSORSHIP
Media co-sponsors are asked to:
- promote the symposium on events listings
- contribute excess ad inventory, where available, to promoting the event
In return for their support, media co-sponsors receive the following benefits:
- participation in the selection of panel topics, participants and moderators
- promotion on symposium-related literature
- logo placement on symposium website and symposium collateral materials, including symposium-related social media applications such as the program’s blog, Facebook group page and YouTube channel
